Sometimes we will ask our clients to provide us your selfie with an ID card or passport for extra security purposes. An ID Selfie is a photo in which you are visible with your face while at the same time holding your ID next to your face.
Guidelines on how to take a selfie holding your ID card or passport
- Take the photo in a room with enough light.
- Your own face and ID should both be completely visible in the photo —— nothing on the ID or passport can be covered or censored.
- Do not wear headgear, hats, sunglasses, headphones or other items that may covered your face.
